The Marketing and Communication Manager will implement Squint/Opera’s marketing and communication strategies. They will raise the profile and visibility of the studio through external marketing efforts and media relations. Ultimately, you will act as the guardian of Squint/Opera’s brand and help share our projects, insights and updates. If you have experience in identifying and building long-term relationships with target audiences, we’d like to meet you.
Execute and hone Squint/Opera’s marketing and communication strategy.
Manage the production and distribution of all marketing material, ensuring these are in line with our branding guidelines.
Provide copy-writing for both internal and external collateral.
Oversee the tone of content across Squint’s digital channels, ensuring it is in line with the approved messaging and guidelines.
Work with Squint/Opera’s Directors to identify speaking and thought leadership opportunities that relate to the overall strategy.
Manage Squint/Opera’s media and PR campaigns and act as strategic lead.
Support on internal communications strategy alongside HR, including internal talks and workshops.
Enjoys a fast-paced and varied work environment
Skilled planner and organiser
Well-versed in the latest B2B social media and digital marketing trends
Works well managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Previous experience as a marketing or communications manager
Experience with analytics tools including by not limited to; Google Analytics, SEMrush, MailChimp, Social Analytics
Experienced writer with a background in delivering content
Experience managing press campaigns
Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience with Webflow
Experience with Hubspot
Experience with Mailchimp
Experience working in a creative agency or studio.
