Reporting to the Head of Communications. We are looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department with content creation, graphic design, campaigns and administrative duties. With studios in London and New York, you’ll have the opportunity to join a creative team and work on exciting international projects.
Provide graphic design support for marketing materials, social media and website content and internal/external communications campaigns.
Work alongside the Head of Communications to organise and execute digital campaigns and events.
Website and social media
Content creation for our website.
Content creation for our social media channels.
Content creation for external communications campaigns.
Monitor social media data and website analytics and highlight key insights to inform the content creation strategy.
Keeping our website fresh and up to date
Keeping our video channels (Vimeo and YouTube) fresh and up to date
Update marketing databases and project image banks Assist with internal reports, events and communication.
Keeping out sales and marketing material consistent and up to date
Support with research for our thought leadership topics and market research.
Assist the Head of Communications with press related research and inquiries.
Support with daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination across departments. This may include scheduling meetings, following up with key accounts and note-taking.
Strong graphic design skills and creative thinking.
Prior experience in marketing, graphic design, or similar role.
Experience working on branded or professional social media accounts.
Good understanding of studio management and marketing principles.
Demonstrable ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
Strong organisational skills
Strong written and communication skills.
Proficiency in G Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
An interest in design and the arts and cultural space
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
BSc in Marketing, Communications or relevant field is a strong advantage
9.30 - 18.00 / Monday - Friday
