REAL TIME TECHNICAL ARTIST

 

Being the link between artists and developers, with a background in both disciplines, the Technical Artist ensures integration between the artistic vision of a project and the technical development making it a reality

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with CG Supervisor and Digital Supervisor to successfully integrate design and programming aspects of projects in real time environments
  • Advising on the possibilities and setting up systems and processes for creating and developing interactive real time environments
  • Supporting the Producer, advising on technical issues regarding visual design and contributing creative ideas

  • Identifying bottlenecks and limitations in the pipeline

  • Helping the studio workflow to move towards real-time production

  • Researching and developing new techniques, implementing the best ones and training others on these

  • Identifying where custom tools could be used to improve processes

 

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient in Unreal (Blueprints, Datasmith, transfer of assets from multiple softwares)

  • Basic working knowledge of Unity an advantage

  • At least 3 years relevant experience with real-time 3D environments

  • Experience in building for VR an advantage

  • Architectural Visualisation experience required

  • Thorough understanding of developing pipelines and processes

Senior Producer

This role will involve project managing a broad range of projects from content to interactive software. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our clients including major international developers, architects, cultural institutions, visitor attractions and brands. The producer will be responsible for delivering large and small scale projects according to brief, timelines and budget, managing both creative and technical teams in house and externally. 

Main responsibilities 

  • Inspires a high performance culture and communicates a clear sense of direction and expectations
  • Establishes strong client relations and is the central point of contact for designated projects, attending all client meetings to guide and manage production progress
  • Responsible for project budgets between £100k and £2m+

PRODUCER

 

We are searching for an inspiring individual to join our team as a hands-on Producer. Working within the Architecture division, across projects that bridge a wide range of
multimedia projects, techniques and styles.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creation of quotes and allocation of resources for new business.
  • Communicates a clear sense of direction and purpose

Senior Producer/Executive Producer

 

This role will involve project managing a broad range of projects including films (live action and motion graphics), interactive and installations. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our clients including major international developers, architects, cultural institutions, visitor attractions and brands. As a senior producer, you will be responsible for delivering large and small scale projects according to brief, timelines and budget managing both creative and technical teams in house and externally. You will also oversee projects run by more junior producers and play a part in their development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Day to Day Responsibilities

3D Generalist

 

We are looking for an experienced 3D artist to join our London Architecture team.

You:

  • Highly skilled in all aspects of 3D with strong artistic flair
  • Comfortable leading small teams productively, including guiding more junior artists

  • Have a passion for architecture and other areas of design with experience in high-end rendering techniques and post production workflow for stills and film
