REAL TIME TECHNICAL ARTIST

 

Being the link between artists and developers, with a background in both disciplines, the Technical Artist ensures integration between the artistic vision of a project and the technical development making it a reality

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with CG Supervisor and Digital Supervisor to successfully integrate design and programming aspects of projects in real time environments
  • Advising on the possibilities and setting up systems and processes for creating and developing interactive real time environments

This role will involve project managing a broad range of projects from content to interactive software. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our clients including major international developers, architects, cultural institutions, visitor attractions and brands. The producer will be responsible for delivering large and small scale projects according to brief, timelines and budget managing both creative and technical teams in house and externally. Due to the nature of our projects in the pipeline it is likely that you will have a background producing immersive or experiential content managing both creative and digital teams.

Reporting to the Head of Production

This role will involve project managing a broad range of projects including films (live action and motion graphics), interactive and installations. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our clients including major international developers, architects, cultural institutions, visitor attractions and brands. As a senior producer you will be responsible for delivering large and small scale projects according to brief, timelines and budget managing both creative and technical teams in house and externally. You will take responsibility to manage and report on the project performance and take control to overcome issues during the project. You will also oversee projects run by more junior producers and play a part in their development.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Unreal Developer to join our digital team and primarily collaborate on new software projects for high profile projects for UK and international clients, as well as development, support and maintenance services on existing projects 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and ongoing maintenance for interactive museum projects.
  • Duties may include troubleshooting, client communication, liaison with AV integrators
  • Software support services such as testing and writing manuals

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Starter & Leaver Administration
  • Facilitate creation of offers letters of employment and contract paperwork for Head of People & Culture
  • Ensure employees’ right to work is checked on their first day and copies of the relevant documentation is kept in their HR record
  • Administer employee references
  • Draft and send probation confirmation emails/letters
  • Book in exit interviews for the Head of People & Culture and send the exit interview survey to the leavers

Summary

 

The Senior CG Artist is responsible for producing high quality CG shots and stills collaborating closely with the Creative Director, Producer and CG Teams. You will lead projects and mentor less experienced artists. 

 

Main Responsibilities 

 

  • Working up shots and/ or stills on projects to achieve the high quality results that are true to the creative vision.
  • Working closely with producers to help estimate time for tasks and changes from clients
  • Owning your tasks within production from inception to delivery, responsible for the rendering of your output within expected render times
  • Complete understanding of the project from the design aspect as well as creative vision.
  • Ability to have an overview of the final goal for the shot/ stills and what its trying to achieve

Responsibilities:

  Leading Project teams in post production comprised of freelance or contract staff

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Reporting to the Head of Production

Your role will involve scoping, detailing and contracting qualified sales leads and you will be responsible for converting into confirmed projects with detailed scope and brief for the production team to execute. You will become the escalation point for the client during project production and be responsible for upselling and developing long-term relationships with our existing clients in order to grow revenue. You will also oversee and support the producer on the project and check in at key milestones. You are likely to have a production background and a thorough understanding of production process in a digitally driven creative business. To be successful, the right person needs to be driven, great with people, a competent writer, comfortable defining a strategic approach and developing winning proposals, a pro at coordinating and delivering pitch presentations, along with strong commercial acumen.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities

Sales

  • Assess and further detail qualified leads and briefs from sales development teams
